Redraven was formed in 2004 by Jonathan Knight – a former downhill mountain biking champion. Jonathan’s vision was to design and create innovative products driven by the needs of the action sports athlete. Performance, safety and quality would be at the center of the design process. Redraven’s sole purpose was to create products which would out-perform anything within the current marketplace.
Redraven’s first product to market was an advanced aero-flow rotor for the mountain bike industry. This braking disc named the “Alpine Rotor”, used/drew upon force convection to create small disturbances in the surrounding air allowing heated gases given off by the brake pads and rotors known as “eddy gases” to escape at a greater rate, thus keeping the rotor and pads cooler for longer in extreme braking conditions. Redraven was also the first company to release a super-size rotor, the biggest in the mountain bike industry at 230mm (9”). This coupled with an upgrade bracket allowed the rider to dramatically increase their braking performance.
Today, Redraven’s elite brand of innovative, performance-led, stylish products allows the action sports athlete to push their limits and ability further than they have ever been capable of before.

Our team works hard to design components without any restrictions. In a world where innovation is all too often hampered by compromise, the concept of ‘pure performance’ is a rarity. However, at Redraven we are only interested in competing on performance and with safety in mind we wanted to provide our customers with the products to win. Performance is the defining characteristic at the heart of our brand.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Speedview Warranty
Speedview products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (6) months from the original date of purchase. Speedview’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Redraven’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, faulty or low power batteries, damaged parts or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Redraven assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Redraven, be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts or components. Since Speedview colour dyes may change in time and motor speeds may vary Redraven does not warranty this product against changes in colour or motor speed variations. Because of possible user opening and closing errors, Speedview is not warranted against water leakage or any resulting damage. Please take proper care of Speedview as it is not a toy. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
Warranty Returns
Redraven will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty above. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with warranty returns, if a manufacturing or material fault is found Redraven will ship the part or product back to your address free of charge. In the event that we can handle your warranty issue via email or over the phone and if we can determine that it would be easier for us to mail you a replacement part we may do so but solely at our own desecration. Photos and or videos of the faulty product or part will need to be supplied along with a full written description of the issue.
Our goal is to provide the best possible service to you, our customer.
Please be sure to email support@redravenracing.com before sending any warranty returns back as we’re often able to solve the problem over the phone or email.
Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to consumer. It is important that you please communicate with us before sending in your return.
All warranty return requests or questions should be first emailed to support@redravenracing.com — we will make every effort to help you within 48 hours. You will usually here back from us much sooner than this as we will do our up most best to provide you with a fast and helpful service.
If your return qualifies for warranty coverage you must include your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem. All product parts must be included with your return. Mail your original receipt and all product parts to:

Redraven Terms and Conditions of Sale
Your Rights: is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Redraven is safe. You won’t get ripped off, you’ll get your parts and we’ll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns for Refund) up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 10 working days.
Returns Redraven conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you the customer when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for exchange if they don’t fit or the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt. We do expect that our customers are happy with the sizes, colours and specifications ordered and if exchanges are required we expect customers to make full contribution to the shipping costs associated with the exchange of products and the cost of any additions required to make good the product originally ordered. We also expect that customers refusing to accept goods delivered make full payment for any and all costs associated with the return of goods returned by courier.
Redraven reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking charge to all goods returned and 10% on all orders cancelled without notification at least 7 working days from receipt of the original order. This is also applicable if partial orders have been received by us. We reserve the right to hold goods until complete orders are in a position to be shipped. If customers wish to take delivery of part orders then we reserve the right to charge for delivery accordingly. Special Order products once ordered cannot be cancelled. These special orders are as per the definition products ordered specifically per client and once notified of this fact our duty of care is to supply the goods involved within a reasonable time. We will take circumstances into consideration however if we are given significant notice.
Pricing Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate of 20%. While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct errors can occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped where the you will be either refunded accordingly or asked to make additional payment should it be required.
*In the UK helmets are already VAT free, so price is not affected by delivery destination.
All prices are as per our suppliers recommended listings. These prices do fluxuate and we reserve the right to adjust these accordingly. We also reserve the right to refuse orders based on unnotified price changes from said suppliers.
Payment
Redraven accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your details when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. Our system is automated in respect of payments. However the processing of payments does take 10 working days to enter our account. We speculate on all our orders and pay suppliers for them ourselves whenever required. We do endeavour to get all products out as soon as we can.
For offline orders Redraven accepts (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, (£) Sterling Bank Drafts and (£) Sterling Bank Transfers. We recommend that you do not send cash through the post. Due to varying Exchange Rates all payments made Redraven must be in UK Pounds (£) Sterling.
We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the UK and Ireland for all orders and discounted rates for European and other International deliveries.
Paypal users should expect to pay the additional 3.4% charge for opting to use Paypal as a payment option.
Credit Card Security
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.
We reserve the right to wait a time of approx. 7 days on all orders where we feel credit card security may have been compromised i.e. if non-corresponding registered card and delivery details are supplied we will use the registered details for delivery purposes. We reserve the right to hold all deliveries on goods shipped internationally as a security precaution. This period can last 31 days depending upon the destination stated and the details of the order delivery address etc.
If at any time we feel that the security of a credit card has been compromised we reserve the right to request additional, supporting information to allow us to assess an order on the details provided. This will include Photographic identification (to include proof of address) and a scanned copy of the most recent Credit Card Statement (also to include proof of address). If these details are not forthcoming we will cancel the order and refund the card used and inform the relevant authorities. If the any order does not pass out standard AVS security checking it will also be put on our fraudulent activity register, the order cancelled and the card refunded.
When your order is processed your encrypted credit card number is removed from the web server. This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit card number from Redraven so you can order with confidence!
ADDITIONALLY, WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT SHIP TO ADDRESS’S OTHER THAN THAT TO WHICH THE CREDIT CARD IS REGISTERED. THIS ALLOWS OUR CUSTOMERS AND OURSELVES TO MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF PAYMENT SECURITY.
PLEASE NOTE EACH PAGE AS THEY CLEARLY STATE CRITERIA FOR DELIVERY AND THESE CAN VARY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HOWEVER BY APPROX. 50%.
Privacy Policy Redraven are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you about your order status. We will also require a landline telephone number in case we need to contact you and for international orders this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You have trusted us by giving us these details and Redraven promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of Redraven. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.

All orders placed after a 1pm watershed point begin our processing procedures at 2pm the following day. (This will also be dependent on the information provided and our checking procedures. If this is your first order with us ensure that the Card Holders information, Registered Cardholders Address and the Delviery Address are all the same or this will flag our security checking systems and delay this procedure until we are satisfied that there is no risk to our business.)
Be aware that once ‘Special Order’ orders are placed thay cannot be cancelled as they are being manufactured to meet your individual order requirements.
All items are shipped as per the terms and conditions supplied by the courier in question. Redraven takes no responsibility for this and reminds customers that as we try to ensure that the shipping rates provided are the most economical at time of listing it is the responsibility of the courier in question to deliver the product and do so safely & securely. We will do our best to aid in the tracking process but ultimately this remit falls on the customer to ensure that they are available for product delivery to the registered card holders address. As per our other terms and conditions first time orders will only be delivered to the registered card address.
